STL Endurance is a company founded by endurance athlete and personal trainer, Lindsey Heaberlin. We customize in endurance training for the athlete who wants to run their first 5k, to the athlete who wants to compete in Long Distance triathlon training. Whether this is your first race or your 100th, we are here to help you achieve your goals and conquer you fears.

We also specialize in helping people reach their fitness goals through personal and group training. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength or stay healthy, STL Endurance can help you get there.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Going to the gym is YUCK! We offer one-on-one, in-home, personal training as well as small group training and bootcamps all in a comfortable environment.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

You cannot out-train a bad diet. Let us help you make smart decisions to support your health and goals. You aren’t boring and neither should your food!

ENDURANCE COACHING

Custom endurance training is our jam! If you want to train for your first 5k or your 10th Ironman, we can help you achieve your dreams!

Lindsey has been an endurance athlete for over 10 years, and to date has competed in numerous races, including 3 marathons, 4 Ironman-distance Triathlons and countless half-marathons and half-iron distance triathlons. She created STL Endurance for those wanting personal and custom training and coaching.

NASM Personal Trainer

Lindsey has been a Personal Trainer for five years, achieving her NASM Personal Training certification, which allows her to help clients lose weight and compete competitively in endurance racing.

Triathlete Certifications

Lindsey has earned her certifications as a United States Triathlon Level 1 Coach (USAT Level 1) as well as a United States Masters Swimming Level 1 & 2 Coach (USMS Level 1 & 2).

TRX Certified

Lindsey is TRX Certified. TRX is a movement-based training curriculum that provides a progressive approach so she can help you develop your skills and maximize your training.
